The salesman was the only problem and should be totally honest about the project not being dishonest just to get the sale which then falls back on the crew which isn't right they get the repercussions for it . Mason was the sales guy who came out to our house to bid on our deck replacement. He is a very nice and pleasant young man and very thoughtful. The process took about two hours, mostly because my wife and I had many questions. We were just in the planning and gathering bids phase, but ended up signing with Graber as we felt comfortable proceeding with the project. They will take down the existing deck and haul away all the old boards and build the new deck. Very turn key for us. The deck will not be build for a couple months, so I will give another review after the new deck is completed. Mason is a quality young man and deserves our praise.

Cody Fierge of Graber Outdoors came out to my place for a sales pitch for a new fence and maybe a deck. He was on time, friendly, respectful, courteous, and honest. He took his time explaining everything to us. Made sure to answer all our questions before leaving.

They did a super job on a hard spot next to a 5ft rock wall. There were a lot of angles as well as levels to deal with hence hubby didn't want to do it. It looks great and makes our yard safer for dogs and humans. All done in 1 day.

We were looking for a company to replace our fence and resurface our deck. I ran across a post for Graber Outdoors. I contacted them and was able to get an appointment the next day, today. Their representative, Calvin, was knowledgeable about their products and process, and very nice. He answered our questions and showed us samples for the fence and deck. We are excited for the work to begin. So happy I contacted this company.

Reuben was excellent. We are hoping that all the financing gets worked out for us to be able to make the purchase. We have some changes in our finances with my retirement and my wife's job relocation. In September we will have a clearer picture of our finances. Reuben was kind, honest, and super knowledgeable about what it would take to build our deck. This would be a dream come true after living in our house for 25 years without one. Our home was built to have one as there is a door in our dining room that goes out to nowhere right now. Anyway, I would highly recommend Reuben and will definitely promote Graber Outdoors even if we were unable to make things work. Calvin was excellent, however the prices were a bit high but overall experience was great.

The process was smooth and enjoyable from the start to the finish. The salesman that came out and measured listened to what I wanted and together we drew up a plan. Colton and his crew did a fantastic job. Were very professional and worked hard. Went above and beyond for a few small jobs we asked of them. They cleaned up every day. The fence looks wonderful. I would give them an A+++. Anthony came out and did a final inspection. All in all, a very pleasant process.

Graber Outdoors replaced a very old, unsafe deck with a new composite one. Everyone involved was professional, informative, and pleasant. The crew cleaned the area completely after they finished today. The deck is beautiful and safe now.

Overall, experience was great. The installation and crew did exactly what we wanted. They even checked in during the installing to make sure everything was how we wanted. Communication was a little confusing with the company ReVamp, just difficult to find a direct contact number for Graber Outdoors. Once we found the right number we didnt have any other issues.

Salesman and 2 project coordinators really sold us on the professionalism. Got a fence and deck. Scheduling got messed up and the first fence crew showed up and didnt accomplish what I expected in the first day. After many phone calls and conversations 2 crews showed up and worked late to finish my fence. Shout out to Colton and his crew for doing a great job on my gate and going above and beyond. My deck crew, lead by Logan, his crew did an amazing job working and communicating as they did my project. Super happy with their results. Was having a bad experience before Colton and Logan. They have been great, we were going to get one of their fences, even went so far as to get under contract. But later that same day my wife and I had a change of heart and decided we wanted to go a different direction. Everyone was very responsive and professional, even though they were losing a sale, they still responded very fast and took care of canceling the contract for us. I would definitely recommend this company because of they way we were treated. Maybe in the future we can revist the vinyl option and I will definitely be calling them again.

Colton and the crew did an excellent job on my replacement deck. Not only did they work hard, but they were extremely pleasant through the entire process. They spoke to me with kindness and respect no matter what my questions were and I also noticed that they spoke to each other with kindness and a bit of ribbing to keep it fun. The work ethic of each person was actually quite impressive...led by Colton. I think the deck is beautiful and solid and I love it more than I expected to. Amber in the office was also a great person to work with. A+++++ experience all the way around.

He discussed options with both pros and cons and we were able to come up with a plan that fit my needs and budget. The building crews are polite and easy to work with. They cleaned up at the end of each workday and got to work at 7 o’clock every morning.

Here is a shout out to Dan and his Demolition crew! They were quick and efficient. Stacked all the tear out compactly on the drive, leaving room for both cars to get in the garage. The crew did an awesome job clearing the bushes and installing the fence. The bushes were a chore but they stuck with it to clear them out and They kept us informed as they worked. Very forthcoming as they went along. Made arrangement to have the bushes hauled away. Boy was I glad about that. The cleanup crew did a great job also.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Jeff Inman from Graber Outdoors. It's always nice to meet with someone who cares about the company they work for and is very informed about what they do and why they do it. I could tell right away Jeff was very knowledgeable and cared about the job and the company he works for. No high pressure sales. Jeff went over all aspects of the material that would be used. How they would remove the existing decks, what to expect once the project is complete and the warranty and such. I am going to take a few days to look over my finances and decide how I want to move forward with this project. I did my research online and I am so impressed with the high quality standards they have and the beautiful decks they have completed for people around me. I have seen several in different neighborhoods and they are well worth the investment. If you love your home as much as I do mine and need a new deck or want to replace an existing deck, I would recommend checking out Graber Outdoors.

They did an awesome job and i love my new deck. It took a little while to get the project started but once they got started it was finished in no time at all. I am still waiting on a few pieces of siding that they were going to replace for me but other than that, awesome job. I would use them again

I can't say enough about this company. They replaced my dilapidated 105 year old front porch in 3 days, start to finish. I love the Trex decking material they used, but the real gem is the structure itself. They used a new diamond pier system to support the posts and substructure. Very innovative design, very sturdy. Calvin was great to work with on the initial order and design, Rob stayed on top of everything, coming out to deliver parts and keep me updated and informed of the progress. I spoke on the phone and by text with Amber coordinating scheduling and timelines, as well as some of the financing details, and she was a pleasure to speak with. The tear off crew and build crew were awesome. I didn't get their names, but these guys worked their tails off, putting in some very late hours to get the job done. They obviously enjoy their work, and their attention to detail was fantastic. I love my new porch, and based on the design and materials used, it should last another 105 years. I highly recommend them for your next deck, porch, or fence build. Thank you all so much!

We're very happy with how the deck turned out in the end.The salesman was frie7-22ndly and personable, but we felt there could have been some better guidance on what should have been replaced based on the condition of the wood joists age.The installation cre completed the work as instructed, but some areas were not initially finished to the standard we were told to expect. However, Chris Angelly stepped in and was very apologetic, came out personally and ensured areas of concern was corrected to standard and to our expectations, his follow-through made a big difference, and because of the we are very happy with the final results. I cannot express enough how much I love my new deck. I'm really, really glad I went with Graber Outdoors. First of all, they are great people to work with. Second of all, their standards are absolutely impeccable. Every part of the process was great, their communication is clear, and they put in exactly what you want. But the best part is the end product just blows me away. I never pictured this deck looking as good as it does, and just how well it's put together. I think that deck will still be standing long after my house dissolves into a pile of splinters. I have had more than one person tell me they've never seen a deck so well put together and so attractive as this one, and I have to agree. I cannot recommend Graber Outdoors enough, and I mean that sincerely. You cannot do better than them. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.

Also, Mike explaining the next steps in detail as we move forward. Mike has walked us through several offerings for us to land on the agreed to design and colors. As you should know composite is more expensive then wood, but I dont want to have to build the deck again in 10 years or so. No pressure, just a straight up presentation and let us decide what we wanted to do. After, talking it over with my wife, we decided to go ahead with the project. He came, took photos and measurements, then probably saved us some money with informing me we could still use the framing. He could have said it'll all have to be torn down and redone. But he was honest and personable. Glad we found them by doing a Google search for deck builders. Looking forward to the project start date and completion of our new composite deck.

5 stars is not given flippantly. These people were great from start to finish. Their salesmanship was no pressure and upfront. The admin were responsive and kept me in the loop. It took time to actually get things started, so do not be surprised if you wait a month. There was a setback on the previous project, but the foreman kept in touch. The workers were respectful, knowledgeable and hardworking. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Outstanding work and attention to details: Graber Outdoors completed a deck and pergola rehab project creating a virtual maintenance free outdoor living space. While not the lowest bid, their level of detail in the quote, the fact they specialize in decking and not just a general construction company, as well as their reputation made it an easy choice to select Graber. The team removed existing weathered cedar decking, stair stringers, damaged screen and old wooden pergola down to existing frame and structure then added additional blocking and bracing to the framing at no additional cost. Decking was replaced with Trex Transcend Lineage in Hatteras color with Trex Select black aluminum railings. All edges on the deck and stairs were picture framed creating a more professional look than exposed decking ends. They also replaced the damaged screen in the covered deck portion and installed a Temo extruded aluminum pergola The process and communication was outstanding, starting with the sales and quote process. The rep discussed my goals and budget, then provided a very detailed quote with different options. They willingly made several changes to the quote and made a return trip to show color samples for the decking and pergola material. Once contract was signed, Graber provided a firm project start date, and communication the week prior to the project start. Project started on schedule, and the crew arrived everyday right at 7am and got to work. They worked every day until the project was finished as scheduled. When noticing a set of boards had been scratched during delivery, the crew had those boards replaced, where other contractors would likely not taken the time to inspect the material closely, or use it hoping the customer never noticed. The crew was courteous, answering my questions as they came up and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. On the final day they did a walk through ensuring I was fully satisfied with the work.

I’ll break my Graber experience into two parts: Sales and Build. Sales: The sales team had good ideas and moved quickly with quoting. Where they fell short was in explaining what the build team would actually do. For example, they never mentioned that the build team would take the existing deck, ensure everything was level and square, and only then begin installing the new deck. If customers understood the level of care and effort on the build side, I believe they’d close even more sales. In addition, there could have been better communication the week before the build to let me know when the porta-potty and dumpster would arrive. Build: The crew, led by Lee, was outstanding. They cleaned up at the end of every day, took their time, and made sure each detail was right. On a few occasions, I asked why they were doing certain tasks a particular way — the answer was always that they were doing it correctly, not cutting corners. The final product is solid, well-built, and will last for many years. Bottom line: I was impressed enough to share my experience with all the homeowners in my small community. I’d welcome Lee and his crew back for any future project without hesitation.

A++!! Graber Outdoors deserves more than 5 stars, 20 out of 10 recommend! The initial start with the estimate was easy and thorough, the salesman was very knowledgeable and up front. The build process had MAJOR attention to detail, they inspected every board before using it in the build. When there were adjustments, they worked hard to accommodate our choice and made it a reality! The crew was very patient and understanding, even with our less than friendly with strangers family dog. The end result…PERFECTION! We love our deck and we will definitely use them in the future!

The end product was excellent ,we had requests not to put dumpster on driveway ,they did .there were permit inspections we were not informed on and we left our gate closed ,they had to come back .was asked to allow dumpster to be removed but all the material was in the way ,too much for my wife and driver to move. Just a cordination problem nothing major .

Working with Graber on our deck project was as simple a task as one could imagine. Communication was key and it was plentiful. All of the material choices and timelines were easy to understand and someone was alway there via email or phone call each and every day through the build. The crew that worked on the deck arrived everyday before 8:00 am and worked a full day until at least 5:00 pm, there were no short days or days off until the deck was finished. Composite decking is an expensive product, choosing Graber ensures that investment is properly installed, covered by warranty, and done correctly from base to railings.

We needed to replace our large custom wooden pergola that suffered from major wood rot. After months of contemplation and the patience of Alex answering numerous questions and several visits we opted for a trex pergola that was customizable to reflect our previous structure with a more modern twist. We contracted with Graber Outdoors to have the deck on our home renovated and expanded with the Trex product they represent. The physical project took around five (5) days to complete from demolition of all of the existing decks walking surface. The addition of structure for the deck being added plus the installation of all the new composite decking and railing. One thing that might make the time longer and/or shorter than it took for our project is the topography of the location of the residence where a project is being done. The crew from Graber were very professional and had the expertise required to complete the project not only quickly but with wonderful workmanship. They also took the time after each days work to clean up any debris. All in all we are completely satisfied with the project done for us by Graber Outdoors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do another project for us in the future.
