Graber Outdoors did a phenomenal job on our new Trex Deck. I honestly feel like I have a resort deck in my backyard. From the salesman, to the office staff and crew, it was as smooth as you could ever ask. No high pressure sales. Very professional . On budget. The crew were on time every day, courteous, respectful, and worked together like a well oiled machine. Always cleaned up after each day. No problems. No worries. Great job! We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are *thrilled* with our new Trex deck by Graber! Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we chose Graber, which turned out to be an excellent choice. We knew the 18-year-old wood deck looked "not so great," but wow! It was downright shabby now that we have this beautiful composite deck for comparison! Not only does it look better, it feels better too. Graber added reinforcements and the deck feels much sturdier now when we walk on it; no more vibrations. We opted for some extras and are glad we did every one of them. The dusk-to-dawn post lights add a beautiful warm glow in the evening and help define the perimeter of the deck. The cocktail railing adds a polished, functional finish to the railing. (Plus, it is "cat approved" for strolling around and surveying the land.) As wonderful as the deck is, I think our favorite thing, though, is the underneath part. We also opted to add the waterproof system so that water from the deck is now channeled into a downspout, leaving the patio dry beneath. This means when we water plants on the deck, there's no more playing "dodge the overflow" on the patio. And, on days like today, with a nice rain, we can sit on our patio, nice and dry, and enjoy the sounds and fresh smell of the rain. But not only is it waterproof, it's *gorgeous* because we opted to finish off the underside with cedar paneling, which gives a cozy finish to the patio area. We've spent so much time outside on the deck and below on the patio because it is so beautiful, functional, and even feels safer now. We probably should have done this three years ago, but at least we didn't put it off any longer. We look forward to enjoying our refreshed outdoor living spaces for years to come.

It was a pleasure working with John and his team. Despite the challenges of harsh weather conditions and some unknowns posed by our existing structure, the work was completed thoroughly and professionally, and they also noticed and fixed some deficiencies in the exiting construction as a matter of course. We couldn't be any happier with the outcome.
