Once we moved forward with our project, it did take a while to get started since there was a substantial waitlist for others wanting to work with this company. I checked in a few times while waiting and John (the owner) always responded quickly to let me know they were still on track with the original timeline. When it came time to start our project the crew was very friendly and polite. It was clear that the people in charge of the project wanted to ensure a job well done and keep their customers happy. The entire project, deck and patio, took about a week to complete and everything appeared to be very organized.
