Amazing customer service!

I have worked with many contractors for various projects and the level of customer service offered by Graber exceeds them all. Throughout the entire process, from the first visit to discuss my project to installation, the Graber team has always showed up when they said there were going to; have kept in communication about the status of my project; answered all my questions honestly and with patience and kindness; and my finished deck far exceeds my expectations! The installation team was very considerate of our home and property during install making sure that everything was picked up at the end of the day. I am so glad that I chose to have Graber Outdoors complete my deck!
