I contacted probably about 25 Trex Pros from their website and Graber Outdoors was one. I had gotten so many quotes that were out of the range we wanted to spend – I was so tired of these high quotes when Graber reached out to me that I almost didn’t arrange a meeting with Alex. But man, I’m sure glad I did!!! He came out and was the most professional person I had spoken to in all those companies, he listened to my requests on budget and delivered a quote that was exactly what we wanted for a deck and within our price range! Literally 8-10k less than other “Pros”.
We had to wait a few months for our install (obviously it’s the busy season with warm weather) but the day finally came and we got our deck! The communication of the team and John himself was next level. I knew exactly what to expect and when it all would happen. The team was so kind and truly every member wanted to be a part of making us happy with their work. Not just the foreman!
There was a sharper edge of the deck that didn’t go flush with our concrete slab when the work was complete that I was afraid would annihilate our shins. When I expressed this concern, there was a fix within a few minutes and a filler of deck placed in. No questions! I feel like other contractors we’ve had in the past would’ve given excuses but Graber didn’t give not a one, they heard the concern and just fixed it.
I originally thought the port a potty was unnecessary but let me tell you it’s so nice to not have workers walking through your house and disturbing your work day. I’m ultimately super glad I didn’t nickel and dime that cost and can totally see why Graber does this.
All this to say we couldn’t be happier! I will recommend Graber to everyone that asks – they simply ROCK! Thank you to the team for all their hard work and providing us with a beautiful product that we’ll enjoy for years to come.
