The Innis project started out with a Fortress Steel frame. With Bronze Signature railing and Bronze Square balusters. Also added was a ADA Handrail. Select Earth Tones Woodland Brown was the color choice for the flooring and trims. The posts were wrapped with earth Brown post sleeves. Bronze Screen Eze Screen system was used for the screened in room. we finished the ceiling with a clear coat, And put in canned lights and a fan. Driftwood Shingles were used for the roof. Earth Brown was used for the guttering. A 4x5 Concrete stair pad was poured. And the Trex lighting kit just tops it off!
