The Mosteller project was designed with Enhance Naturals Toasted Sand flooring and trim. Added to that is the Black Signature rails with Black Square balusters and Black post wraps. Also added was a ADA Handrail. We used pine ceiling to cover the underside of the deck. Above that we installed the Rain Escape system from TREX. They will enjoy a water free space on their patio for many years to come!
