The Schmid Project

The Schmid project was designed with Transcend Vintage Lantern railing with Black round aluminum balusters and Vintage Lantern post sleeves. Also added was a ADA Handrail and a Black Signature gate. The posts were wrapped with Earth Brown post sleeves. Enhance Naturals Rocky Harbor was the color choice for the flooring and Transcend Earth Tones Vintage Lantern for the trims. A Concrete Patio was poured with a neat spot for the fire pit. The client chose to add a Pressure Treated pergola to finish this backyard oasis!
