The Spotts project. Enhance Naturals Rocky Harbor was the color choice for the flooring and trims. Add Transcend Black rails with Black Round balusters and you have an eye catching backyard deck! Also added was a ADA Handrail. The support posts are wrapped with a black metal sleeve. The upper deck has cocktail railing. The Ceiling got covered with Pre-finished Wood. There are Trex Rain Escapes covering the entire floor so the concrete patio will stay dry no matter the moisture! A lighting kit completed this job - 6 post cap lights, 2 recesses decklights, and 8 stair riser lights! It's beautiful! Sharp! Modern! And will be the spot where many wonderful memories are made!
