The Tiefel project was designed to their dreams! This project included Transcend Lineage Carmel flooring and Transcend Lineage Biscayne trims and fascia. The custom glass railing shipped in from California is a detail that is so sleek and completely charming! Black Signature railing for the stairs with Black Square balusters and an ADA Handrail was added. A 4x5 concrete stair pad was poured, a Trex Rain Escape System was installed and the posts were wrapped with Transcend Lineage Biscayne Fascia. This deck has so many incredible pieces....the built in hot tub area, the privacy wall with the lighting, the storage area on the underside and the balcony are all details that made this project completely breathtaking and so fun to complete!
